Helply Recovery & Wellness, LLC ("Helply," "we," "us," or "our") is a non-clinical educational platform based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We provide self-guided journals, workbooks, planners, and Helply Compass AI — an AI-powered educational companion that guides individuals through recovery course materials at their own pace.

Helply is not a healthcare provider. We do not provide therapy, counseling, clinical treatment, medical advice, diagnosis, crisis services, or any regulated healthcare service. Nothing on our website or in our products constitutes or should be interpreted as professional medical, mental health, or clinical advice.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Helply products are designed for adults. Use by minors requires parent or guardian involvement and consent.

3. Non-Clinical Nature of Our Products

All Helply products — including journals, workbooks, planners, habit trackers, life skills resources, guided learning guides, and Helply Compass AI — are educational and informational in nature only. They are designed to support personal reflection, goal-setting, and self-guided growth.

Our products are not:

• A substitute for therapy, counseling, or clinical mental health treatment
• A substitute for medically supervised detox or addiction treatment
• A crisis resource or emergency service
• A source of clinical assessment, diagnosis, or medical opinion
• Supervised by licensed clinicians (clinical program integration is planned for a future release — not available in the current individual subscription)

All sales are final

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final once a product has been delivered or made accessible. We do not offer refunds for digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.

Technical issues

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase that prevents access to a product you paid for, contact us at helplynm@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it.

Pricing and availability

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Prices at the time of purchase apply to that transaction. We reserve the right to discontinue products or change product availability without notice.

6. Helply Compass AI — Additional Terms

Helply Compass AI is an AI-powered educational companion tool. By using Compass AI, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Compass AI is not a therapist, counselor, or licensed clinical professional
• Compass AI does not provide therapy, diagnosis, clinical assessment, or medical advice
• Compass AI is not a crisis resource — in a crisis, call or text 988 or call 911
• Compass AI conversations in the individual subscription are private to you and are not shared with clinicians or third parties. Clinical team visibility is a planned future feature for program integrations and will require your explicit consent.
• AI responses are educational and informational only and should not replace professional care
• You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support when needed

7. User Responsibilities

By using Helply, you agree to:

• Use our products only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not share, resell, or redistribute our products or content
• Not use our platform for any harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• Seek professional clinical support when your situation requires it

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helply Recovery & Wellness, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or Helply Compass AI.

This includes but is not limited to damages related to health outcomes, recovery decisions, relapse, or any action taken or not taken based on information obtained through Helply products or the Helply website.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific needs, that results will be guaranteed, or that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
